Our bottom line increases by closing new clients and keeping them for years, not by systematically raising rates. Our current rate is $135/hour.
We offered Remote Management and monitoring -For our Time & Materials contracts, MB Mobile has 3 levels of support:
a) The pay-as-you-go support or our Time & Materials contract. Most of our clients are small businesses and, once set up properly, don’t require a lot of support.
This option works well for them. They are not required to pay monthly maintenance fees for services that were not required.
b) The “Do Not Exceed” Fixed Price Option: For large projects, such as server upgrades, we provide fixed price quotes for the hardware and software,
but for the labor we estimate the amount of hours to complete the project and fix that labor amount as the maximum to be invoiced.
If the project requires less hours, we only bill for the time worked. If the project takes more hours than the estimate, only the hours quoted are invoiced.
This gives our clients the best of both worlds.
c) The Fixed Price Managed IT Support Option: We offer a monthly fixed price contract to manage & maintain your IT systems.
It includes all support required, onsite & remote, but excludes server upgrades and moving your business.
Because we exclude server upgrades and moves, it allows us to offer this fixed price option with a 30 day cancellation notice.
